Fields at Jasper Ridge is a vibrant community nestled in the heart of Upper Milford Township just outside of the Borough of Emmaus, Pennsylvania. The neighborhood consists of 123 homes (44 Twin Villas and 79 Townhomes) built by Kay Builders from 2019 to 2023.

Fields at Jasper Ridge is a Pennsylvania Planned Community which is managed and operated by a Homeowner’s Association (HOA). This website is provided by the HOA to provide information and resources for both current and prospective residents. Some features are restricted and only available to current, registered residents.

Fields at Jasper Ridge is a picturesque place to call home. The hilltop location provides beautiful views of the surrounding area, distant mountains, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. You’ll find peace and privacy in this community set on quiet streets with minimal traffic, while still being conveniently close to everything. Upper Milford's Arrowhead Park is located within the community and includes a paved walking loop, basketball court, swings and playground with tables and benches.

The nearby Borough of Emmaus features a charming, small town atmosphere with all the conveniences including a year-round Farmer's Market, boutique shops, casual and fine dining, a historic movie theater, and a community pool and park, where they hold concerts and outdoor movie events throughout the summer months. There is a quaint triangle in the center of town where the farmer's market, live music, and other community events take place.

Also close to major arteries, Routes 29, 78, 100 and 222 plus the PA Turnpike, Fields at Jasper Ridge is a short car ride away from upscale shopping malls, premium stores, national retailers, specialty shops, movie theaters, boutiques, and an abundance of restaurants. The close proximity to these major roadways provides easy access to the Lehigh valley cities of Allentown (20 min.), Bethlehem (25 min.), and Easton (35 min.), the state capital of Harrisburg (80-90 min.), as well as major metropolitan areas like Philadelphia (70-80 min.) and New York City (90-100 min.).
